Since it opened in February, Harlem Chocolate Factory has been rolling out all sorts of mouthwatering handcrafted treats, from Champagne-infused truffles to sweet-and-salty chocolate "pretzato" clusters.
Now that summer's in full swing, there's finally ice cream, featuring the shop's house-made chocolate in all sorts of fun ways. In other words, don't expect your run-of-the-mill scoops.

Stop by right now for your choice of two frozen desserts: Jet Black Gelato Pops ($3.50), made with dark chocolate gelato dipped in milk chocolate and sprinkled with chocolate pearls, and ice cream sandwiches ($5), made with the shop's own salted chocolate chip cookies and house-made vanilla ice cream. (You can even buy the cookies on their own, $2.50).
And if you're headed to see the free outdoor production of "Antigone" at Marcus Garvey Park this weekend (July 20 & 21), look for Harlem Chocolate Factory's concession on your way in. Ice cream and theater under the stars–two treats in one!
