Last Thursday the production resurfaced in Upper Manhattan, using a perennially favorite film location–under the 12th Avenue Viaduct in Harlem, which most famously appeared in "The Amazing Spider-Man"–to shoot a scene with a character that was half man, half lobster.

Using the viaduct's dramatic steel arches as a backdrop, the lobsterman clambered up an old station wagon and waved his claws over and over again. There was no sign of the blue superhero.

Season 2 of "The Tick" will premiere sometime in 2019.
