Charles Pan-Fried Chicken, the legendary fried chicken spot that moved to a new space in March as part of a larger expansion, isn't done opening locations in Harlem.

The restaurant, famous for fried chicken that chef Charles Gabriel perfected in huge cast-iron skillets, is set to open two more uptown outposts in the coming months.

The first is at 1325 Fifth Avenue between E 111th and E 112th Streets in East Harlem—slated to open later this month or January 2023.

Next to follow is a storefront at 439 W 125th Street between Morningside and Amsterdam Avenues in West Harlem. Its opening is planned for the start of 2023.

The menu will likely be similar to the one at 145th Street (and at 72nd Street, which opened in February), offering not just pan-fried chicken but plates of smothered turkey wings and pulled pork, plus a long list of Southern sides like cornbread and collard greens.
