The roller skating rink at Riverbank State Park is back open.

With roller skating surging in popularity—thanks in no small part to viral videos of skaters like Berlin-based Oumi Janta—you may have found yourself wondering where to safely practice your skills.

Happily, Harlem's only outdoor roller skating rink has reopened for the season.

The Riverbank State Park Skating Rink (Riverside Drive and 145th St)—it's covered with ice during the winter—is now welcoming roller skaters four days a week, with two sessions per day:

Wednesdays and Fridays Session 1: 4pm-6pm Session 2: 7pm-9pm (18 and older)

Saturdays and Sundays Session 1: 2pm-4pm Session 2: 5pm-7pm

Reservations are required by email (DFRBSPSKATING@PARKS.NY.GOV) starting at 7pm the night before your desired skating session. Only 50 people are allowed on the rink at any given time, and masks are mandatory.

Admission is $1.50 and skate rental is $6.
