The brand new ice skating rink in Central Park's renovated north end is finally open.

The Gottesman Rink at the Davis Center, which replaces the old Lasker Rink, quietly debuted on November 21 and will remain open through March 15 (the oval transforms into a green space in the spring and fall, and a pool in the summer).

The winter facility offers programs including Community Skate, Learn to Skate, Adult Hockey Clinic, and My Tot & Me.

Visitors can also warm up in the beautiful new indoor space alongside the rink, complete with picnic benches and public restrooms.

A concession stand run by Harlem's Settepani is also coming soon.

The new outdoor rink is open daily.
