Uptown links: plans revealed for a 42-story skyscraper near the Apollo Theater, and more

• A true Harlem skyscraper: See the renderings for a 42-story tower–mostly residential–planned for a lot right behind the Apollo Theater at 260-270 West 126th Street (see above, image via Google Maps). It would also be very close to the 28-story Victoria Theater development that's rising right now. [New York YIMBY]
