Known for its snickerdoodles featured in Shake Shack Harlem's Concretes, this Harlem catering company run by mother-daughter duo Sharon and Lexis Gonzalez are offering five types of pie this year: pumpkin, pecan, sweet potato, apple and peach cobbler. The Harlem Pie Man started out as a street vendor on 125th Street twenty-odd years ago. Today his pies–including sweet potato, bean, pecan, apple crumb and apple cranberry–can be picked up directly from local stores like Watkins Health Foods or shipped nationwide via Goldbelly.

The pies are the year-round draw at this 24-year-old bakery in Hamilton Heights. Choose from fruit-filled varieties like the apple and three-berry or the Yelp-approved sweet potato pie. And, yes, there's also pecan and pumpkin.
Hudson Heights baker June Frances Coleman uses old family recipes to make her signature all-butter-crust pies. This year's holiday pies–from Nana's Alabama Apple to the Southern Bourbon Sweet Potato–must be ordered by Friday, November 22.

This delectable Inwood pastry shop makes tarts rather than pies, but these slightly more elegant confections still feature the traditional Thanksgiving ingredients you crave. Offerings this year include an apple crumb tart; a pear & cranberry lattice tart; and the show-stopping chocolate, caramel, and spiced pecan tart. The last day for pre-orders is Sunday, Nov 24.
