The Schomburg Center's Black Comic Book Festival returns tomorrow in virtual form for the second year in a row.
The 10th annual festival will live stream on the Schomburg's site from Thursday, January 13 to Saturday, January 15.
The three-day schedule includes panel discussions like "Afrofuturism: The Past, Present, and Beyond" and workshops like "How to Draw Black Superheroes & Comics."
Cosplay showcases will also appear throughout the live broadcast.
For those looking to take a break from their screens, there's also an in-person exhibition, "Boundless: 10 Years of Seeding Black Comic Futures," starting Friday, January 14 at the Schomburg.
The companion show tells the story of the festival’s evolution via photos, memorabilia, and clips from past events.
