Here's Where to Play Pickleball in Harlem and Beyond

Where to find Pickleball Courts in Harlem
Howard Bennett Playground has six pickleball courts.

The city's pickleball craze is here to stay, with the 14 pickleball courts in Central Park's Wollman Rink now set to become permanent every summer.

Still, if you live in Upper Manhattan, you don't have to go that far to play.

The area's neighborhoods have their own pickleball courts—and they're easy to find.

From south to north, they are:

East Harlem FDR Drive between E 106th and E 107th Sts

Three outdoor courts.

Morningside Heights Riverside Drive and W 110th St

Five outdoor courts.

Central Harlem Between Fifth Ave and Malcolm X Blvd and W 135th and W 136th Sts

Four outdoor courts.

There are also indoor courts at the Jackie Robinson Park Recreation Center (Bradhurst Ave and W 146th St) and the Highbridge Recreation Center (W 173rd St and Amsterdam Ave), but you'll need a rec center membership, according to nycpickleball.com.
