
• The first state-approved cannabis store is coming to Harlem. The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, which oversees the leasing of cannabis dispensaries, has signed a lease for a 2,800-square-foot space at 248 W 125th Street, just across the street from the Apollo Theater. [The City]
• A landmarked building in the center of the Mount Morris Park Historic District has been torn down by the city because of a risk of collapse. The three-story townhouse at 186 Lenox Avenue, built in 1887, had been boarded up for at least a decade. [Patch]
• A new food kiosk called the Morningside Park Cafe is headed to Morningside Park and will open in the late spring. Located just south of 112th Street, it will be run by Michael Summerville, the man behind the Crabman Mike seafood stand. [Patch]
