Updated: Jun 12

Lululemon and its famous yoga pants are coming to 2935 Broadway between 114th and 115th Streets in Morningside Heights (right next to Sweetgreen). According to a sign posted in the window, the athletic wear brand's new shop will open in early Summer 2020. [TheMorningsider]

• Delroy Lindo has signed up to star as a famous chef who runs a fine dining restaurant in the upcoming ABC drama "Harlem's Kitchen." The main character is loosely based on Red Rooster chef Marcus Samuelsson, who is also one of the executive producers (side note: one Harlem insider points out the plot–the chef is from the South and has a number of adult children–has more than a whiff of Sylvia's restaurant about it). • If you qualify, here's a not-to-be missed affordable housing lottery in Harlem: four one-bedrooms with in-unit washer/dryers at 416 Lenox Avenue between 130th and 131st Streets. The deadline is March 30. [Curbed NY]

• A developer is in contract to buy 622-628 W 153rd Street between Broadway and Riverside Drive–the property is right across the street from the historic Trinity Cemetery–and plans to build a 28-story luxury residential project. [The Real Deal]

• Two adjacent historic Harlem brownstones that first hit the market for $27 million have seen a massive price drop: they're now going for $11.9 million. [NY Post]
