Natoora now delivers its chef-quality groceries to Upper Manhattan

Updated: Jul 2, 2021

Uptowners still mourning the loss of Fairway earlier this year now have a new option for quality produce and groceries.

Natoora, a high-end restaurant supplier that pivoted to the general public at the start of the pandemic, has started offering twice-a-week home deliveries to Harlem, Washington Heights and Inwood.

Now sustainably-farmed goods from top growers and producers in the Northeast—California and Italy, too—are available via the Natoora app.

Customers can choose from curated boxes (the Holiday Box features pomegranates, squash, lemons, olive oil and chocolate) as well as individual items, including produce, dry goods, dairy and charcuterie from select small makers.

A sample box sent to The Curious Uptowner in mid-December came with Castelfranco radicchio, Fuyu persimmons, green grapefruit, fingerling sweet potatoes, Mancini semolina spaghetti and organic milk chocolate from Original Beans, to name just some of the goodies.

It was a taste of the finer things, enjoyed safely at home.
