Two more big retailers are coming to the shiny new complex on 125th Street where Trader Joe's and Target are set to open sometime later this year.
Beauty mecca Sephora and jewelry chain Pandora will join the two other hotly-anticipated stores this winter in the Urban League Empowerment Center, the 414,000-square-foot development taking shape at 121 W 125th Street between Lenox Avenue and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard.
Both Sephora and Padora will open on the ground floor, according to ConnectCRE, which broke the news.
The new glass building will be the headquarters of the historic National Urban League and also house a civil rights museum, community groups such as Jazzmobile, plus 170 affordable housing units.
Thanks for all the updates! Now hoping Trader Joe's will open sometime in September/October :)
